NK cells and second pregnancy

Hi Dr B, after several IVF's we finally had a baby girl in 2013 (natural conception) with intralipids, prednisolone and lovenox, throughout the pregnancy. Now trying for another pregnancy but I do get immune symptoms (muscle ache, chills) just hours after ovulation. Did not have that back then when I got pregnant with our daughter. Could it be that my body is even more aggressive after the first pregnancy? Immune tests back then showed very high NK cells/killing power. Will intralipids (and the other meds) still be enough to achieve another pregnancy?
Thanks, Katie

with so little information I could not give you an informed asnswer. NK cells by themselves are only a very small piece of the immune environment. I would always recommend a thorough invetigation and then recommendation if you are goint to try another pregnancy. Many times the same therapy that worked will work again , but the new symptoms warrant further investigation.
