Dear Dr Braverman, I have high NK and I wondered if they attack sperm also, so if I have an IUI should I take steroids etc prior to having the IUI?
Or is it only the embryo that is affected and therefore I don't need to take any immunes medication until a couple of days before the embryo is expected to arrive in the uterus?
Thank you
kelly

NK cells are a symptom and not a diagnosis. They do not give you any clear understanding of what your problem is (please see the diagnostic testing section on our website for the complete and correct workup). No NK cells do not attack sperm. You should get a correct workup and then a correct treatment plan before you try and conceive.
