NKa 50:1 ?

I have a qeustion about the NKa. The test results state that the normal range for the 50:1 is 10 -40, but from what I understand, reproductive immunologists don't want this number above 15 and some don't like it above 10. Could you explain the reasoning for this? Thanks!

The number is simply based on where the incidence for miscarriage was found to be higher. The other range is for levels that are needed for anti tumor or other foreign attack.
