Pre FET Intralipids treatment?

How many days before a FET do you normally recommend the first Intralipid session? I've heard 4-10 days or 10-14 days?

Most do the Intralipid infusion within 7 days of anticipated transfer. The onset of action is rapid within hours and its affects last up to 6 weeks.

Thanks!!! My RE has me scheduled for 10 days before, so I guess that should be okay. How many weeks after a BFP is the next treatment usualy??? I know it goes on up until 24 wks a lot of times. Appreciate your respose!!!! Thanks again!!

The rest of the infusions are based on your follow up immune panel. At that time we can decide how often the treatments should be given. Rarely needed until 24wks.
