Prednisone vs. Dex; folgard vs. mentanx

Dear Dr. Braverman,

Which do you prefer - Prednisone or Dex - and why?

Also, which do you prefer (I am compound heterozygous for MTHFR and homogygous mutated for PAI-1 4G/5G Gene Polymorphism) - Folgard or Metanx - and why?

prednisone less crossage of the placenta but only critical when you will be on it long term, for short term IVF preg dex is fine

metanx more bioavialable folate.
