Problem with Progesterone

I have done 1 fresh IVF, 1 FET, 1 staggered IVF with CGH testing and 2 additional FETs using a total of 3 CGH normal embryos. All have failed to result in implantation.

I did some immunology bloodwork and found out that my husband and I have a partial DQa match and have learned about suggested treatments.

However, every time I start progesterone in my cycles, I also start getting incapacitating cramps every time I go to the bathroom. I have used both progesterone in oil and endometrin. The endometrin is better, but still very painful. I have never had cramps or any sign of endometriosis prior to these treatments.

I am afraid that nothing will work without addressing this issue, but not a single doctor I have talked to have given me suggestions on how to deal with this.

So my question for you is what do you think is causing this, is there anything I can do about it, and what do you think about using depot lupron as a treatment for endometriosis.

Thanks!

You have a first issue that you do not have a diagnosis for the failure of CGH normal embryos to implant. It is not due to a "partial " Dq alpha match as that does not prevent implantation(I know you were told otherwise but we have not seen that in our population ) so I think you need a correct diagnosis first.
Depot is fine for endometriosis but not necessary . not sure when you had your last laparscopy to r/o or clean up endometriosis.
I would suggest a consultation to help you sort this all out.
