Questions before consultation

I am so happy that I found your website! Thank you for reaching out to me personally. It really lifted my spirits as you called me on the same day that I found out my second IVF was a failure. Today I scheduled an appointment with you for next month and I can't wait!

I will bring all of my medical records with me, and have filled out your online questionnaire. In the meantime I have two questions:

1. Do you recommend any supplements? I currently take a prenatal and vitamin b complex. I was taking baby aspirin too, but stopped since the cycle failed. I am considering adding Coq10 and DHEA to the mix as I have read they improve egg quality. (I haven't been told I have an egg quality issue, I just want to ensure I make lots of good ones). I've also heard these should be taken for months before results are seen. I'm asking if I should start anything now because I want to be as healthy as possible when we meet because I want to get to baby making as soon as possible! :)

2. Are you affiliated with SART? (www.sart.org)

Aside from medical records and myself, insurance info and my husband... is there anything else I should bring? (No I can't help you with that parking ticket... haha)

I cant really recommend any of our usual supplements until I know you history and what you need , but I promise you will have plenty of time for whatever I feel you need as most are started the same cycle that you start IVF. I dont think you DHEA which improves egg number but not quality .
Yes we are a member of SART and there was a delay in sending out our membership number so we will be on the site shortly. If you call them they will have us listed.
Our new center from 7/11 was only open half year so our full 2012 stats wont be publsihed until next year, but all of our data is availabe for your review and we have posted our success rates on the website as well.
