Hello Dr Braverman,
1. How soon can I get the tests ordered by you and get a F/U appointment with you? (WIll you take another doctors tests and then add in the ones you do not have? Tests were done in dec 2013 and May 2014.)

2. Was wondering if you have doctors that you coordinate with/work with in the denver CO area?

3. If you do not have any in this area, can you prescribe meds if I come out to see you and do the tests with you, but have another doctor here do the transfer?

4. Can you just work with me rather than the doc if I do #3? (I am a HCP as well.) I am worried that I will not be able to find someone here that will go along completely with your suggestions/treatment protocol. I have one doctor here that did uterine surgery on me who is also an RE that I just convinced to start offering intralipids to patients, but am not sure he will go for prescribing Neupogen, Femara, Letrozole, etc. (No he is not with CCRM but has his own little practice.)
I have also contacted oncologists, gyn-onc, hematologists, immunologists (have a retired immunologist friend Dr Henry Claman but do not think he can prescribe now since he is retired), and either have not heard back from the others or they refuse to prescribe.
THank you in advance!

Dr. Braverman
