My normal ob wrote me out both heprin and lovenox. He is letting me chose which one to tak. He said he thinks i need to start it 2-3 days past ovulation. What is best?

i am set to talk to u on the phone tomorrow at 12:45
My history:My husband and i have been ttc for 5 years.; after a little of a year we saw obgyn, tracked temps and cervical mucus. all was normal. we did sperm check which was amazing 60+ mil with 100% mod. Hsg came back clean. He put me on clomid for 8 months 2 months; at each dosage starting at 50 maxing out at 200. He then refered me out to a RE.; The RE said I had endometriosis. We did surgery for that in November of 09 I got pregnant on my own in January of 10. I miscarried after several really good ultra sound; in April .; No dhc was needed. He just said bad luck.; He talked me into iui because of the endo. We got pregnant again in August with iui Carried baby to 9 weeks with 3 great ultra sounds; then We could not find the heartbeat. I mc at 10wks. Dnc was needed. I wanted to know what was wrong and to try to prevent this from happening again. I could nto accept that it was just bad luck twice in a row. they ran several blood test and did geno typing. All was normal; We did a 2nd; iui that failed ( 2-3 good foilicles and a sperm count of 150+ mil with 100% mod). did a 3rd iui; 1 15mm and one 13mm. GReat sperm count 160 mil. Carried baby to 5-6 weeks mc again. with this one he had me on the progestron pills and cream.; Note this was March 2011.; He called me in and said he thought the 3rd mc was due to endo being back. WE did a second surgery; in June 2011. He found very little endo and was able to remove it all; We then did two more iuis both of which fail. the last had 3 folicles all abour 17mm and dh sperm cout was 178 mil with 100% mod.the first one was in August and the the last one was in January 2012 He then told me i need to move on to ifv; that there was notihing else he could do. We ask about any other possible test. that could tell us what was wrong. He said no.Please note that during the period of time after the; second surgery i have had several + hpt but did not make it into be tested and ultra sound because i started bleeding after i got the + but before i could make it in.; I knew there was no way; i had that many test that could be wrong. Plus my boobs leaked each month that i got a positive. We got a second opnion; before shelling out; $15,000. We realized not all test were ran.; The new re ran sever more test and realized that the Protein s was low; Protein s free was 20 and total 61. He wanted it ran again just incase it was an error.; Unfortantly for me he moved to Germany before we got this resolved.; They reran the test at my normal obgyn's office.; it then came back; free 19 and total of 65 they ran the functional and it was 26. he told me to take a baby asprin a day.He also refered me out to a hemotoligest who ran a ton of blood work. That is the latest results at the top.
God Bless

we will discuss all this tomorrow , seems certain that at least you have a Prot S deficiency which will be best treated with lovenox.

the Pharmacist suggest that i try Xaralto. He said it is lovenox in pill form. What do you think of it? Does it work just as good.?

ok there is most likely no data on risk to the baby with birth defects. same reason we cant use coumadin. I doubt this is ok for your indiciation.
