Recurrent Loss Related to History of HELLP

My first pregnancy was complicated by IUGR baby and HELLP Syndome. All follow-up tests for underlying auto-immune and clotting conditions have come back normal except for compound heterogygous MTHFR mutation. I've also had an HSG and hysteroscopy showing no anatomical problems with my uterus. I have been ttc a second child for a little over a year and I've had 3 chemical losses and a miscarriage at 8 weeks after seeing a healthy heartbeat (127 bpm) at 7 weeks. I am still waiting on test results for the most recent miscarriage. I was taking daily lovenox injections, baby aspirin and progesterone suppositories for my 2 most recent losses.

My question is whether my recent losses are likely related to the complications with my first pregnancy? And if they are related, could immunological treatment at the start of a new pregnancy help to prevent a recurrance of HELLP syndrome in the future?
