Hi Dr Braverman, I had surgery to remove an endometeriosis cyst from my left ovary and they dissolved a small endo patch from my right ovary (there was also 2 small patches on my bladder removed). I was with one of the top endometeriosis doctors in the country and he said the surgery went really well with no complications. I have always had a really good response to stims, in a couple of cycles I actually overstimmulated. We tried a mock cycle in December for a low dose stim and I produced 11 follicles, I had the surgery in January and then 4 weeks later I started the low dose stim again however, the cycle was cancelled as I only produced 1 follicle. I am terrified now my ovaries are permanently damaged from the surgery! Do you think this is possible to see such a reduction after surgery? My RE and the surgeon think it may have been too soon and my ovaries just need another 2 cycles to recover. One other thing I did different this cycle was I took Norethisterone 3 times per day for 4 days to time my period, I had my period 3 days after stopping the last pill and then went straight onto the Syrnal nasal spray and low dose stim on CD3. I would love to hear your thoughts and I am so worried about it :-( Thank you
