Risk of bleeding on Lovenox

Hello,

I'm starting 40mg of Lovenox today and will increase to 80mg if I get a postive pregnancy test. How severe is the risk of bleeding if I were to get cut accidentally? My doctor didn't really bring it up.

very small, but you should monitor your levels with an anti Heparin XA level.
