Role of regulatory t cells

Dear Dr Braverman,

which level of regulatory t cells are well for fertility or at what value it may be responsible for infertility?

How they evolve from ovulating? Is it normal that in a non pregnancy state the regulatory t cells fall down?

In humans (and all mammals) the T regulator cells that are necessary to protect a pregnancy do not develop in large numbers until you are pregnant. Then it is not the levels that are important , but if they are migrating to the uterine cavity where they are needed. This requires sophisticated testing to determine , which we perform on our patients here.

If regulatory t cells do not immigrate in Uterine cavity i purpose that there are high cytotoxic nk cells? What kind of therapy could help in this cases?

There are many reasons and many treatments it is not a simple as NK cells.

Ok, but for what reason so many doctors says that regulatory t cell levels under 5% are linked with infertitlity? In my case for example untill my 3. miscarriage my regulatory t cells were at 5,2%. After that my levels are only at max 2,9% (Ovulation Day), After Ovulation they Fall down and B cells are increasing (9,4% before Ovulation to over 12% After Ovulation) getting pregnant seam to be difficult now for me

Let me know who the doctors are that told you this ,and what are the references. I do not agree with this at all. We have shown otherwise.
