ESSI is an Out-of-Network Provider. We work with most Commercial Insurance Plans that offer Out-of-Network Benefits. Our team will verify your Out-of-Network Coverage, help you understand your benefits, and work directly with your insurance carrier regarding reimbursement for your surgical care through our Pilot Program, helping make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.
If your insurance plan is limited to in-network providers, such as an HMO or EPO, or if you do not currently have coverage, we will guide you through our self-pay pathway, the Excellence Program.
This program provides the opportunity to work closely with our senior excisional surgeons in a personalized setting, with a focus on thoughtful care, surgical expertise, and optimal results.

The Role of Adenomyosis and Infertility
The Role of Adenomyosis
Adenomyosis is a condition where tissue that normally lines the uterus begins to grow into the muscle wall of the uterus. This can lead to an enlarged uterus, severe menstrual cramps, heavy bleeding, and chronic pelvic pain. It can also impact fertility by creating an environment that makes it harder for an embryo to implant or develop properly.
BRI / ESSI has been on the forefront of addressing Root Causes of Infertility. Our extensive research has shown that Adenomyosis has been a leading cause of Infertility, Implantation Failures, and Recurrent Losses.
As a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Reproductive Immunologist, and internationally recognized Master Excision Surgeon, Dr. Vidali is one of a handful of specialists uniquely qualified to correctly identify and treat the complex interplay between endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, and infertility.
His in-depth and experienced understanding of pelvic anatomy, immune dysfunction, and reproductive biology means that every case is approached not just surgically—but globally—with your fertility, pain relief, and long-term health in mind.
Dr. Vidali is exclusively positioned to offer this breakthrough procedure providing the highest standard of precision and care — giving you the best possible chance for the best possible outcome.
Great News for our Infertility Patients
Dr. Vidali has developed a revolutionary new approach for the treatment of adenomyosis – a condition that often goes undiagnosed, but can significantly affect Fertility, Quality of Life, Long-Term Pelvic Health and the need for a Hysterectomy.
This new, minimally invasive option—called Radiofrequency Removal—uses targeted energy to ablate Adenomyotic Tissue while preserving the Uterus. To ensure maximum precision and control, Dr. Vidali performs the procedure laparoscopically. This approach reduces bleeding, improves visualization, and allows for enhanced accuracy — all performed as an outpatient procedure. Patients return home the same day with minimal downtime and no incisions through the uterine wall.
Why This Matters
Historically, treatment options for adenomyosis were limited to hormonal suppression or invasive surgery. Dr. Vidali’s technique offers a breakthrough, uterus-sparing alternative that’s tailored for women who:
· Are actively trying to conceive
· Have experienced failed IVF or pregnancy loss
· Considering a Hysterectomy
· Want long-term relief from symptoms without compromising reproductive function
This is an extraordinary advancement in the care of women with complex gynecologic and fertility challenges—and we are proud to offer it.
