Hi,
I'm 36 years old with 5 neg IVF tranfer (blastocyst). I got 5 embryos tested and the results came back with :
- 3: multiple aneuploid chromosomes
- 1: 46,xx;del(10)(q21.3-qter), aneuploid: deletion on the long arm of chrosmosome 10
- 1: 46xy;del (9)(q21.13-qter)-16 : deletion on the long arm of chrosmosome 9 & Monosomy 16

Would it be possible to help me understand these results. Any solution ?
Thanks.
Julie

Most of these are random abnormal results and not significant unless one of the parents is a carrier of a balanced translocation . If you have not been tested yet you and your spouse should.
When there are no translocations and repeative abnormal PGD , one should consdier Endometriosis or PCOS as other possbile causitive issues.
