5 late 1st tri miscarriages

My husband and I have 2 healthy boys aged 3 and 5. Between them I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. Then after my 3 year old I've had 4 miscarriages between 10-13 weeks. A total of 5 losses. All babies were tested and had no chromosome issues. I don't have any uterine abnormalies as I've been checked via sonohystereogram and laporscopy. I've had tons of RPL tests done by my RE, MFM and OB. I've been monitored closely with frequent ultrasounds and always see heartbeat. i don't have blood clotting issues or thyroid problems. But as a precaution, I've tried progesterone, lovenox, baby aspirin, neevo dha with no success. I still miscarry. I know my next step is to do lots of immune testing using reprosource. But based on yr vast expertise, if you were to take an educated guess, what would you suspect my issue could be? If if yr suspicision was correct what has been yr suggested treatment protocol w women in like situations?
