Hi Dr. Braverman,

With my most recent pregnancy, which devastatingly ended at 16 weeks, it was discovered through placental pathology that I had chronic histiocytic intervillostitis with perivillous fibrin deposition. Since that time, I have had some immune testing done with a clinic in California. I have received the following results:

-Hetero for MTHFR C677T, PAI-1, and Factor 13

- Cardiolipin IgA is borderline

- CD56CD16 was 14.9 and I was told it should be less than 12

-TH1:TH2 was good

-T Reg Cell were normal @ 1.1

-Leukocyte TCells 23.9; BCells 30.5 - was told it needs to be above 50

I currently take a baby aspirin nightly, metformin because I am a type II diabetic, prenatal vitamins, B12 because of my MTHFR and DHA.

It was recommended that I do 2 rounds of LIT and i am weary about this and feel that there has to be a better solution. What are your thoughts?

You need to call me, just fill out a consult request on the website for a free consult. I do not respectfully beleive that LIT is any solution of this problem. In my experience , we have seen many of these cases, anti paternal HLA antibodies are a mediator of this syndrome and I would expect LIT to aggravate not help. We have solutions and I have been looking at CHI for some time. call me do not start any therapy. I look forward to working with you. (I did write about this on my website as well
