Fish Oil & Intralipid ?'s

1. Does it matter what brand of fish oil that we take and what dosage do you recommend for elevated TH1:TH2?

2. If someone has a very slight allergy to egg yolks (allergy test results), but eggs do not bother them, would it be okay to have intralipid therapy?

I would avoid anything that you have an allergy to. as far as fish oil use the purified and coated ones and if elevated cytokines I would use 4000mg/ day.
