How will having a cold impact an FET if I have immune issues?

Hi Dr. Braverman - I've worked with you in the past on a couple pregnancies and have a few immune issues and a history of miscarriage. I am scheduled to do an FET in a couple weeks and I have a cold right now. I'm wondering if my immune system's response to my current cold will help with implantation because my immune system will be weakened or if I should cancel this month because the cold will get my immune system really going. Does having a cold ultimately impact how my immune system will receive an embryo? I'm also scheduled to do medrol and IL a week before transfer. (I have elebated NKT cells, one copy or MTHR and my cytokines vary from high to normal.) Thanks!

A simple cold should not interfere.
