Neupogen or Not?

Hi Dr. Braverman,
Thank you for this forum. My husband and I have 7 HLA matches and I have slightly elevated NK activity. I also have had testing done with Dr. Kliman at Yale and he found a MAG absent pattern in my uterus as well as some eosinophils. It was recommended that I take 2 weeks of antibiotics so I just completed that.

I am doing a donor egg cycle. We have used neupogen, lovenox, prednisone and intralipids for 1 frozen donor egg cycle with a different donor and did not have a positive pregnancy. The NK #s were lowered with this protocol.

We are starting a cycle with a new donor and I am wondering if you would recommend using neupogen again or do you believe if it has not worked the first time, it will not work at all even if there is a different donor?
I am concerned that neupogen is the only thing that will help with the HLA matches.

Many thanks,
Alice

I would need to see all of your HLA genes as well as your husbands. Its not just the matches but whch ones you have , and even which ones that you dont have . Im not using the biopsies from Yale for our evaluation , I beleive in the end they test for the same thing as a symptom but not the problem.

For me to give you a recommedation I would have to see all of your testing and your history .

feel free to fill out a consult form and I will get back to you .
