Hi Dr. Braverman, my RE did a hyterescopy and found some polyps. Can this be the cause of my miscarriages? If yes, what kind of surgery do I need to remove them? I had multiple losses and at least one of them didn't have chromosome abnormalities.

Polyps are cleary a cause of miscarriage and should be removed by hysteroscopic resection. But I would still be sure there are no other issues , as most of the times I do not beleive the polyps are the real issue.
